BMW Group Malaysia Offers Aftersales Flexibility With Updated Prices
BMW Group Malaysia has updated its price list for 2021 and customers now have the flexibility to have the standard warranty period which sees a reduction in the retail price.

“BMW Group Malaysia is now offering our dealers and customers greater flexibility in terms of customizable specifications and warranty on their BMW and MINI vehicles, all of which can be done on the new digital interfaces of BMW Shop Online and MINI Online Shop. This also enables a more direct interaction between our dealer network and their respective customers for a more personalized product offerings at attractive prices,” said Harald Hoelzl, Managing Director of BMW Group Malaysia.
With effect from 1st January 2021, BMW Group Malaysia has restructured the retail pricing to provide the option for simpler warranty terms for both BMW and MINI vehicles. This standard warranty coverage is two years with unlimited mileage and periodic servicing is a separate payment on its own.
Buyers who opt to have the standard warranty will see a new price level that is lower than in 2021 for both BMW and MINI vehicles. Vehicles with the familiar extended warranty and service inclusive package are priced similarly to 2020 prices, as there are no changes to the specifications and aftersales coverage.

With the development of this structured warranty coverage, it should be good news for those buying and selling official BMW and MINI models that were registered between 2017 and December 2020, as their vehicles by default have the five (MINI with four)-year warranty and service package.
