Designer Bumsoo Kim recently revealed vehicle art of an EV concept Jaguar 0-Type. Originating from Busan, South Korea, the futuristic EV concept is his only work displayed on Behance and the first work from the designer.
Despite the futuristic theme of the vehicle, its styling incorporates the classic Jaguar Le Mans and is built upon the Jaguar 1954 D-Type.
In 1955, the company was a part of a project where they hand-built another 25 cars that completed the initial grouping of 100 pieces.
Exterior highlights of the Jaguar 0-Type include a sporty and futuristic front with a sharp and low design and a rear with a twist on the signature D-type layout. In addition, designer Kim also included design cues from the Jaguar Vision Gran Turismo SV virtual electric supercar.
Other highlights include a deformed body surrounding the rear wheels, D-Type and Vision styling and the awe-spiring centre fin.
Did you know that not only will the Jaguar Vision Gran Turismo SV visual electric supercar appear in the next Gran Turismo game, but Jaguar will also be making a real-world design study of it?
Meant to be an electrically powered vehicle, designer Kim says that he is to remove the engine compartment of the 0-Type.
