Team Virage Entering A Promising Line-Up In The Pro-Am Category F

Malaysian ex-Mercedes F1 racer Jazeman Jaafar, is joining Team Virage along with Gabriel Aubry and Rob Hodes to compete in the 2022 European Le Mans Series.


With extensive experience in LMP2, Jazeman admits he is proud and excited to join Team Virage in LMP2 of ELMS.

He will be racing alongside an experienced driver, Aubry who raced for a couple of teams in LMP2 and was nominated as Championship runner up in the 2019 WEC LMP2 season.


Jazeman, who took the trophy home for both FIA WEC and Asian Le Mans Series, is now working together with the rest of his team mates for their match that will be held in France next April.

“Team Virage has worked very hard, and our preparation so far has proven we have the capability in doing so.


I look forward to the season ahead kicking off with Paul Ricard with my teammates and the team to start off a strong year ahead.”  said the former Malaysian Mercedes F1 racer, Jazeman Jaafar.

Hodes, another racer of Team Virage has stepped up to LMP2 where he participated in ELMS, Le Mans Cup and Asian Le Mans campaigns in LMP3 before.


Also, Philippe Gautheron and Julien Gerbi will be managing the structure with a technical partnership with JOTA during the entire 2022 campaign.
