The 6th Generation Honda CR-V 2022 Launched In The US

Globally, the brand-new HONDA CR-V 2022 has been unveiled. This 6th generation SUV, which has been identified for the 2023 model year, is one of the most popular in North America. It has recently undergone interior and exterior renovations, as well as receiving a hybrid power generating option.

The Honda CR-V 2022's appearance has a wider front grille and slimmer LED headlights. It receives a more aggressive front and rear styling for the Sport and Sport Touring editions in the US.

The CR-V 2022 is 6.9 cm longer and 1.2 cm broader than the outgoing model in terms of dimensions. The sixth generation CR-V is the largest model ever made thanks to a 4 cm larger wheelbase.

As can be expected, the inside of the Honda CR-V 2022 features Civic FE-like elements.

A 7-inch touch panel, a 7-inch digital instrument display, and various skin colour options depending to trim and variants are all visible here. The horizontal air conditioning funnel, which is 'drawn' almost as broad as the dashboard, is what stands out the most.

Along with the advanced security package offered by Honda Sensing, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are included as standard features. It has a wide-angle camera with a 90-degree viewing angle and radar with a 120-degree detecting angle for the most recent model. Hill Descent Control is also standard on the CR-V for the first time.

The all-new Honda CR-V is offered in both gasoline and hybrid forms. Similar as before, the gasoline engine is a 1.5-liter turbo 4-silinder with a 190-horsepower output.

The hybrid unit also features a 2.0-liter 4-silinder engine with 204 horsepower and 334 Nm of torque. Transmisi is a smooth process for CVT and the other two types of engines.

The Honda CR-V is available with a variety of petrol and hybrid engines, depending on the version. Similar to before, the 1.5-liter, 4-cylinder turbocharged gasoline engine produces 190 horsepower.

A 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine with 204 horsepower and 334 Nm of torque is part of the hybrid system. Both engine types use the same transmission, specifically the CVT.

The price of the Honda CR-V 2022 has not been announced, but it is expected to go on sale this summer. Sport and Sport Touring variants follow towards the end of the year.
