Chery Malaysia Sold 3,000 Units In Just 10 Days

In just 10 days, both the Omoda 5 and Tiggo 8 Pro have sold over 3,000 units!
Just 10 days after officially re-launching itself into the local market, Chery Malaysia saw 3,000 units of both its Omoda 5 and Tiggo 8 Pro crossover SUVs combined sold to local buyers thus far. According to Chery Malaysia, this is a testament to both demand and confidence in the brand amongst local consumers.
The latter is likely the result of Chery Malaysia’s pre-launch efforts in establishing its local network of 31 sales showroom outlets nationwide. Presently, 23 of which are already in ‘ready to serve’ status, whilst the remaining 8 are set to become operational by the end of August.
The same network is also bolstered with no less than 22 after-sales service centres as well. Chery Malaysia adds that this will grant customers with convenient access to both sales assistance and after-sales service, further boosting the ownership experience.

One of the 23 new Chery dealerships that are now in 'ready-to-serve' status.
"As an automotive manufacturer with extensive manufacturing experience and innovative capabilities, Chery is dedicated to delivering high-quality products that meet the needs of Malaysian consumers," said Leo Chen, Executive Vice President of CHERY Malaysia.
At their official launch earlier this month, both the Omoda 5 and Tiggo 8 Pro crossover SUV offerings saw Chery Malaysia offer an unprecedented after-sales package included in their respective RM108,800 and RM159,800 starting prices.
Firstly, said prices include a lengthy 7-year or 150,000 KM base warranty that is, secondly, supplemented with a 5-year free maintenance package. On top of these comes an optional engine warranty extension that lasts for up to 10 years or 1,000,000 KM priced at just RM2,000.
