The company said in a statement that the improved vehicle after-sales care programmes include a comprehensive set of initiatives designed to meet the specific needs of Malaysian drivers.
"Chery Malaysia has invested significantly in these initiatives, recognising the importance of aftersales support in ensuring optimal vehicle performance and customer satisfaction," it added.

Vehicle Warranty & Maintenance Guideline
Chery Malaysia's warranty coverage is an impressive 7 years, demonstrating the brand's unwavering commitment to providing superior products and uncomplicated assurance to its customers.

The programme also includes a 5-year free labour service plan, ensuring worry-free maintenance.
Customers receive six instances of free labour for each alternate service over a five-year period.
