ETCM Opens New Nissan Retail Concept Showroom in Sandakan
ETCM opens the new Nissan Retail Concept showroom in Sandakan, Sabah—the brand’s first one in the East Malaysia region.
Local Nissan vanguard Edaran Tan Chong Motor (ETCM) has welcomed yet another Nissan Retail Concept (NRC-NEXT) showroom in its network, this time located in Sandakan, Sabah. This new 1S centre is also ETCM’s first showroom in the East Malaysian region to feature the brand’s new NRC-NEXT concept, promising to elevate the customer experience and satisfaction.
Located in the prime area of Sandakan township, the new ETCM Sandakan 1S centre houses a space to display up to three new Nissan models, providing customers with a range of offerings from the brand. On top of that, this NRC-NEXT concept showroom also offers a slew of comfort amenities, including a cosy lounge with complimentary WiFi access for customers to relax while browsing through the Nissan product catalogues.
To help buyers make their purchasing decisions, the ETCM Sandakan 1S centre also offers a fleet of test-drive vehicles. Customers can arrange test drives at their convenience, even from the comfort of their homes or offices, by just making the arrangement with the sales advisors.
While the ETCM Sandakan NRC-NEXT showroom focuses on sales, Nissan owners in Sandakan can enjoy excellent after-sales service at the existing Tan Chong Ekspres Auto Servis (TCEAS) Service Centre located just 4 KM away from the showroom at Batu 3, Jalan Utara, Jalan Ming Huat Industrial Estate, Sandakan.
Besides the new Sandakan showroom, ETCM is also poised to continue upgrading its showroom throughout Malaysia with this new NRC-NEXT concept in a bid to elevate customers’ satisfaction and expectations.
Commenting on this official launch, ETCM’s Cheong Kim Seong, ETCM’s Head of Sales, East Malaysia, said, "Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. With our commitment to continue to upgrade and enhance our showrooms, we are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience from browsing, shopping, and test-drive to total ownership through after-sales services by Nissan’s authorised partner, Tan Chong Ekspres Auto Servis.”
Open from 9 AM to 7 PM from Monday to Saturday and 10 AM to 5 PM on Sunday, the newly-revamped ETCM Sandakan 1S centre is located at Lot 16, Taman Nasalim, Phase 7A, Jalan Lintas Utara, Sandakan, Sabah. For more information regarding the ETCM Sandakan 1S centre, you can contact them directly at 089-222-098 or 089-214-286.
