Rapid KL has begun accepting debit and credit card payments at all Customer Service Counters on April 30, 2024.

Passengers on the LRT, MRT, Monorail, and BRT can now use debit or credit cards to buy tokens, top up Touch 'n Go cards, and subscribe to MY50 or MyCity travel passes.

This payment option is also available at the Rapid KL Counters in the Pasar Seni and Conlay MRT station.

Furthermore, this payment method complements the existing alternatives at the station counters, which include cash and QR code transactions. Meanwhile, tokens can still be purchased at ticket vending machines.

This payment mechanism is intended to improve, ease and streamline the purchasing process for Rapid KL passengers. With this option, passengers no longer need to carry cash or hunt for ATMs, making the transaction process more secure and quick.

This new payment initiative is part of Rapid Rail's continued commitment to enhancing existing payment methods to better suit the demands of its customers, hence improving the entire passenger experience on Rapid KL services.

Rapid Rail invites passengers to make full use of this new payment mechanism in order to benefit from the extra convenience it provides.
