Chery Malaysia recently held its Sales Advisors’ Appreciation Dinner, celebrating the dedication of its nationwide sales team and marking the graduation of 77 advisors from the Chery Certified Sales Professional (CCSP) Programme.
Introduced in April 2025, the CCSP is a locally developed course that blends theory and hands-on assessments to strengthen product knowledge, communication skills, and customer service excellence.

The certification is mandatory for all Sales Advisors with more than six months of service, ensuring they are equipped to deliver a personalised and confident showroom experience.
Chery Malaysia Vice President Lee Wen Hsiang said the programme reflects the brand’s belief that its people are central to every customer interaction.
He went on to add, “Our Sales Advisors are the face of Chery. Their knowledge and sincerity shape how customers experience the brand. As our technology evolves, continuous training ensures our team grows with it.”

Following the success of the CCSP, Chery will introduce the Chery Super Hybrid Expert Programme to train specialists in its hybrid systems. The goal is to have at least one certified hybrid expert in every showroom nationwide.
The event also recognised the Top 20 Sales Advisors from across Malaysia, including Ivy Tan from Chery Bukit Mertajam, Sim Kee Hong from Chery Ampang, and Lim Kok Chuan from Chery Bukit Puchong.

Through initiatives like the CCSP and the upcoming Super Hybrid Expert Programme, Chery Malaysia continues to strengthen a professional, customer-focused sales network built on innovation, care, and excellence.
