PRO-NET is taking a major step forward in shaping Malaysia’s future of cleaner, smarter mobility through its renewed collaboration with Alibaba Cloud.
With more Malaysians looking toward EVs, PRO-NET is focused on making that transition feel easy and reassuring. By strengthening its digital backbone, the company wants EV ownership to be smooth, reliable, and built around what drivers actually need.

“At PRO-NET, our goal is to make electric mobility feel natural for Malaysians. Working together with Alibaba Cloud helps us improve the services and experiences our customers rely on every day. We’re excited about what this means for drivers, and for the future of mobility in our country,” said Zhang Qiang, CEO of PRO-NET.
Building on this partnership, PRO-NET is developing new digital tools to support drivers in more meaningful ways, whether through smarter vehicle connections or easier access to helpful services. These improvements are designed to enhance everyday journeys, not just the technology behind them.

The collaboration also includes the development of PRO-NET’s own AI assistant. It will start by improving how the company works behind the scenes, before eventually helping customers interact with their vehicles more easily and naturally in the future.
As a leader in Malaysia’s shift toward new energy mobility, PRO-NET is strengthening the foundations that will make EV ownership practical, enjoyable, and accessible all while helping the country move confidently toward a cleaner future.
