Motorcyclist Dies After Being Hit by Speeding Car in Klang

A tragic road accident claimed the life of a motorcyclist after he was violently struck by a speeding car in broad daylight on Sunday, 29 March 2026.


The fatal incident occurred around 2:00 PM at Jalan Bunga Raya Barat, behind the Majlis Bandaraya Diraja Klang (MBDK) and near the southern IPD Klang area.

As of now, the identity of the deceased motorcyclist has not been released.


According to eyewitness accounts and initial reports, the car was allegedly travelling at high speed and attempting to overtake on a double yellow line  when it collided with the motorcycle. The impact was so severe that the motorcyclist suffered critical injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.

This latest fatal crash highlighted the dangers of reckless overtaking and speeding on busy roads in the Klang area. Road users are urged to exercise extra caution, especially in residential and commercial zones where such overtaking manoeuvres are common.
