Hyundai’s Customer Loyalty Programme Launched, Exclusive Goodies to be Received!

Hyundai-Sime Darby Motors (HSDM) has just released two new after sales loyalty programmes, the i-Care Plus and a Loyalty Card. Launched yesterday, both of these programmes will offer discounts and freebies exclusively for Hyundai customers.

For Hyundai vehicles that are four years or older, it will be eligible for the Hyundai i-Care Plus programme. Customers can register at any Hyundai authorised service centres nationwide and with RM20 customers can receive six discount vouchers for 10 percent discount on selected parts, 5 percent discount on labour charges as well as two free bottles of engine oil and oil filter. The programme will be available for a limited time from April 1 and will be valid for 35 months from the date of purchase.

Moving over to the Loyalty Card, the programme now comes automatically with the ownership of any Hyundai vehicle. Included are exclusive membership privileges such as monthly promotions similar to the 20 percent discount on KLIMA Fresh and BlueChem products for April. It is expected that more privileges will be introduced such as birthday month discounts, Hyundai merchandise discounts and higher trade-in value when purchasing a new Hyundai vehicle.

For existing customers, they can register for their complimentary Loyalty Card at any Authorized Hyundai Service Centre.
