The new Mazda CX-5 has released its latest version with upgraded features. Mazda debuted its latest features: an upgraded exterior look, an improved engine suspension, and the newest driving and safety technology.

Mazda marque has taken their time to redefine the design as it comes with more vibrant colours and sporty design for 2.5 turbo models. Another signature of Mazda is applying Soul Red Crystal as one of the standard paints by Mazda chosen by its designers.

The front’s fresh look gives the new signature wing that extends outward combined with a three-dimensional plate attached with the glossy black front grille.

It also comes with a pair of new headlamps with adaptive LED lights for maximum visibility and LED taillights, which are well furnished with a power tailgate with a programmable height function. Opting for a 19-inch alloy wheel, it seems compatible with a body-coloured bumper and gives a standout view to the wheel arches.

Mazda CX-5 has a stylish design that goes well for the interior part covered with Nappa leather and red accents and stitching. Inside the cabin, it includes a rear centre armrest with cup holders and two USB ports, whereas air conditioning vents are located at the centre of the passenger’s space.

The infotainment system consists of MZD Connect featuring 360 View Monitor, 10.25-inch full-colour touch screen display that comes with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto for smartphone connectivity combined with commander control. It also has an Active Driving Display projected onto the windscreen in full colour, showing information in the driver's line for less distracted driving.

Mazda’s intelligent Drive Select (Mi-Drive) is another added feature to the model where drivers could switch their driving mode with one touch of a switch. Smooth driving is more natural with six-speed automatic transmission. The suspension has been redesigned to a more dampening control structure and increased frame stiffness. On top of that, noises may be reduced, as it offers a quieter cabin along with a comfortable ride for the car's occupants.

Prior to their safety concerns, the new Mazda CX-5 is well equipped with SRS airbags and technology consists of rear parking sensors, Emergency Stop Signal (ESS), Dynamic Stability Control (DSC), Traction Control System (TCS), Emergency Brake Assist (EBA) and Electronic Brake-Force Distribution (EBC).

Another advanced safety technology offered is Mazda’s Traffic Jam Assist (CTS) which improves Radar Cruise Control with low-speed steering assistance at vehicle speeds of up to 40 mph (64 km/h) and an i-ACTIVSENSE where drivers may avoid any harmful hazards to avoid dangerous consequences.

Mazda decided to standardise all cars by using the i-Activ AWD system to support the brand, where the system enables drivers to cruise in multiple driving conditions.
