- The Evolution of The Legendary Nissan GT-R
ago, Nissan unveiled the GT-R T-SPEC 2022, which comes in two variants; GT-R Premium Edition T-Spec and GT-R Track Edition Engineered by NISMO T-Spec.

For the record, the R-35 Nissan GT-R was first launched way back in 2007, and it’s been upgraded over the years.
The two limited to 100 units GT-R T-SPEC 2022 models, named after “trend” and “traction” to refer to the GT-R’s evergreen status and prodigious grip, are based on the Premium Edition and Track Edition variants.
Performance-wise, the current Nissan GT-R is powered by a hand-built twin-turbocharged 3.8-litre V6 engine that makes 572 hp and 633 Nm of torque. Compared to the GT-R Premium Edition T-SPEC 2022, it produces 562 hp at 6,800 rpm and 637 Nm of torque between 3,300 and 5,800 rpm, while the GT-R Track Edition Engineered by NISMO T-Spec generates 592 hp and 612 Nm of torque.

The T-spec models also mark the return of two of the most iconic Skyline GT-R colours; Midnight Purple and Millennium Jade.

Exterior wise, the Premium Edition received major special updates such as the carbon-ceramic brakes, a carbon-fibre rear spoiler, an exclusive engine cover, and an exclusive badge for front and rear, as well as the special Track Edition’s 20-inch Rays forged alloy wheels (finished in gold instead of gunmetal) that are wider than stock. As for the Track Edition, it comes exclusively with a carbon-fibre roof and trunk lid.

But, we need to mention that both models have always been an ongoing pursuit of ultimate driving pleasure for the drivers with the holistic approach to meticulously balance the engine components and shaving weight by Nissan.
The Nissan GT-R Premium Edition T-Spec is priced at 15,904,900 yen (RM 599,877), while the Track Edition is retailed for 17,881,600 yen (RM 653,065.35).
