Bike Parked Along Sidewalk Sparks Heated Argument About Lack Of Parking Spaces

A Malaysian known as Adam recently shared an image on Twitter of many motorcycles parked on the sidewalk. The scene upset him greatly, and the occupied sidewalk suggests to him that our country, Malaysia, is far from developed. “This is one of the reasons why Malaysia will never be a developed country,” read the captions.

He then continued and said, “How are the pedestrians going to walk? The riders get mad if I call them ‘3rd world mentality’. Other social media users responded to the post in a variety of ways. A rider in his defence pointed out the lack of motorcycle parking spaces, as well as the cars that are clearly (and illegally) parked on the side of the road.

Adam's tweet drew a lot of attention, with many Malaysians agreeing and expressing how similar sights in different places irritate them. We cannot deny that it is a common sight almost everywhere, but do you believe we should seek a solution or leave things as they are?
