The 2023 Toyota Vios AC100 is priced from RM89,600.
In April 2023, UMW Toyota Motor sold a total of 6,767 vehicles. This represents a 3% decrease from the same month last year. Toyota models accounted for 6,681 of the 6,767 units sold, while Lexus models accounted for 86. UMW Toyota Motor's year-to-date sales (January to April 2023) have increased by 9% compared to the previous year (January to April 2022). Despite the shorter operating month in April 2023, the company is confident and on track to meet its mid-year target.

UMW Toyota Motor President, Datuk Ravindran K. said, “We remain confident in our ability to deliver strong year-on-year growth. We have also seen promising response to our new models launched in quarter one of 2023, particularly the All-New Toyota Vios, and we expect this to contribute to our continued growth throughout the year.”

Datuk Ravindran K. also reiterated his confidence in the all-new Toyota Vios' safety and quality standards, saying, “We would like to assure you that the All-New Toyota Vios complies with all safety regulations and there is no compromise to the quality of the vehicle. The safety of our customers and our vehicles are always our top priority.”

All-new Toyota GR & GR Sport line-up unveiled for the Malaysian market earlier this year.

Aside from the new models, the company announced two upcoming brand initiatives that will further strengthen the Gazoo Racing brand's presence in Malaysia. The Toyota Gazoo Racing Festival Season 6 Race 2 will take place on June 3-4. It is a one-make racing series that pits the talent and skills of Malaysian elite professional racers, rising stars, and a lineup of new popular celebrities against the Toyota Vios.
Toyota Corolla Cross GR Sport – RM142,000.

The Toyota Gazoo Racing GT Cup, on the other hand, is a six-year-old simulator racing competition. On average, over 1,000 online and simulator racers enter the championship, which offers a total prize purse of RM90,000.

Since 2018, the event has attracted over three million viewers and 40,000 spectators. For today's new generation of racers, online and simulator racing has become an important training ground. UMW Toyota stated that it was at the forefront of embracing the global phenomenon. "The company is the only vehicle manufacturer to be involved in E-sports racing in Malaysia and is directly invested in the promotion and development of young racing drivers via simulator racing," it added.
