2422086.jpg There will be a big shift in the daily routes for drivers in the Klang Valley, particularly those who commute to and from Kuala Lumpur. Beginning on March 8 and lasting for one month, the Bulatan Dato Onn roundabout will undergo a traffic light trial, according to a statement from the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL).

Consisting of prominent landmarks like Bank Negara Malaysia and Dataran Merdeka, this roundabout is a vital link between Jalan Parlimen, Jalan Kinabalu, and Jalan Kuching. It is well-known for its nonstop hustle.
DBKL intends to investigate the effect of traffic lights on the flow and safety of vehicle movement in the area. This move has the potential to alleviate the traffic congestion that drivers face on a daily basis.

With police officers stationed to guide traffic, commuters are reminded to follow the new traffic control measures to ensure their own and others' safety.
Regular commuters will need to adjust to the new traffic conditions during this trial period. Motorists are advised to plan their routes and travel times accordingly to accommodate the potential delays that may result from this trial.
