Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) announced that it is offering 30% off parts and labour for repairs to owners who have been impacted by the recent flood disaster.

The flood relief assistance program will be accessible at all Volkswagen authorised service locations across the country from October 1, 2024, until March 31, 2025.

A free car inspection is also being offered by VPCM in order to determine the amount of flood damage and suggest any necessary repairs. As part of its extensive after-sales care program, this service seeks to guarantee the dependability and safety of all impacted automobiles.

There is an easy payment plan that allows owners to spread out their payments over six or twelve months at 0% interest rate (T&C apply) to further ease the financial pressure that many may be experiencing. Caricarz-AS-Volkswagen-Touareg-RLine-Rolling-1-full.jpg

Owners are encouraged to download the new Volkswagen Cares app (Apple App Store/Google Play Store) to redeem their flood relief support voucher. Terms and conditions apply, so please contact your local authorised service location for further information.
To date, more than 140,000 people have been forced out of their homes as massive floods caused by relentless rains swept through Malaysia's northern states, disaster management officials said Saturday.
