Costing RM200 million, the project along the Kuala Lumpur-Kuala Selangor Expressway (LATAR) aims to improve traffic flow for commuters while enhancing logistics for businesses.

“By investing in key infrastructure upfront, we’re ensuring that EcoWorld’s developments are positioned to thrive from the very outset,” said EcoWorld president and CEO Datuk Chang Khim Wah during the launch, emphasizing how the interchange will drive growth in the township and nearby areas.

The inauguration was led by Minister of Works Datuk Seri Alexander Nanta Linggi alongside Selangor Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari. Finished in October 2025, the project includes the interchange, toll plaza, widened roads, and other supporting infrastructure.

The new link offers direct access through Exit 2502 to Eco Grandeur, a 566.55-hectare integrated township, and Eco Business Park V, a 339.93-hectare industrial zone.

Authorities expect the interchange to significantly cut travel times, ease daily commutes, and improve business operations in the region by providing smoother connectivity.
