No Permit Needed To Cross District Or State, To Send Children To School
Parents are allowed to cross district or state lines to send their children to school.
They do not require to obtain permit or permission from the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM).
Senior Minister for Security Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said these parents only need to show a letter issued by the school allowing them to do so, at the police roadblock.
"If the students are returning to their hostel, the teachers could issue them a letter, allowing them to cross district or state," Ismail Sabri said at a new conference on the movement control order (MCO) updates today.
He mentioned that the matter had been discussed with the PDRM top officers and had also been informed to the police contingents nationwide.
