Here’s A Reminder!! JPJ’s 70 Percent Discount Only Valid Until June 11
It’s not too late for you to clear your dusty Road Transport Department (JPJ) summons that has been piling up!
According to JPJ's official Facebook page, the 70 percent discount has been ongoing since April 13.
However, since the discount offer will end by early next month (June 11), this caused JPJ to send the public some reminders to settle their summons immediately before the offer period expires.
The reduction of the discount is only given to summonses issued for offenses under the Road Transport Act 1987 (Act 333), the Commercial Vehicle Licensing Board Act (Act 334), the Land Public Transport Act (Act 715), including cases that are still blacklisted.
Following that, the Ministry of Transport also found that at least 3.5 million JPJ summons have not been resolved since 2010 to March this year.
If you are one of the traffic offenders who failed to pay your summons previously, grab hold of this 70 percent discount before it’s too late!
These summons can be made at all JPJ offices, Urban Transformation Center (UTC) branches, kiosks and JPJ portals.
Therefore, there are still about two weeks left for you to "clear your name" from the JPJ system.
Quick! Before your name gets blacklisted, don’t miss the opportunity to pay up your summons.
