The New Jeep Wrangler Plug-In Hybrid Soon To Hit European Markets!
The new Jeep Wrangler Plug-in Hybrid with 4xe technology takes it to a new level offering a four-wheel-drive experience in full electric mode.

Equipped with the pairing of two electric motor-generators, a high-voltage battery pack, a high-tech turbocharged 2.0-liter gasoline engine, and the proven TorqueFlite eight-speed automatic transmission, the vehicle produces a maximum combined output of 380hp. It also comes with an advanced plug-in hybrid powertrain that allows the option of driving in full-electric mode with zero emissions and a range of up to 50km.
With fuel consumption of around 3.5 litres/ 100km in hybrid mode, the vehicle can accelerate from 0-100 km/h within 6.4 seconds.

On top of that, with the Wrangler’s unparalleled ‘Trail Rated’ technical contents, the vehicle comes equipped with two advanced four-wheel drive, active, on-demand full-time systems - Command-Trac and Rock Trac, next-generation Dana axles, Tru-Lock electric front- and rear-axle lockers, Trac-Lok limited-slip differential, and electronic front sway-bar disconnect. However, the features still depend on the trim.
The standard technological equipment in the vehicle includes an 8.4-inch UconnectTM NAV system with touchscreen, smartphone integration with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto for on-board connectivity, as well as a 7-inch TFT display with information on battery charge level and range (in electric and hybrid mode).

As for the safety feature, the Wrangler comes with a generous set such as Blind-Spot Monitoring with Rear Cross Path Detection, rear camera, Electronic Stability Control (ESC) with ERM (Electronic Roll Mitigation), front and rear Park Assist, and Keyless Enter 'N Go.
Some of the optional features consist of Adaptive Cruise Control, Forward Collision Warning-Plus, and a new forward-facing camera (standard on Rubicon).
Coming in three trim levels - Sahara 4xe, Rubicon 4xe, and the exclusive “80th Anniversary” edition, the vehicle now also has new electrified driving modes that include Hybrid, Electric, and E-Save, but also now comes with public and home charging solutions with easyWallbox.

Also included in the price for the Wrangler is the “Jeep Wave”, which is a new loyalty and customer care program that supplies a variety of exclusive services and benefits that comprise the first two routine services at Jeep dealerships, 24/7 roadside assistance, a new dedicated customer service accessed through a multi-lingual Jeep call centre for priority support and privileged entry to brand events and partnerships.
Orders for the entire range of the Jeep Wrangler 4xe Plug-In Hybrid are open in Italy, where it will be soon followed by other European markets.
