This was announced by <a rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" href="https://www.carz.com.my/2025/06/loke-caam-replaces-mavcom-as-single-aviation-authority" target="_blank">Transport Minister (MOT) Anthony Loke</a>, where the passes can be activated using <a rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" href="https://www.carz.com.my/2022/09/tng-nfc-card-scalping-five-times-more-its-original-price" target="_blank">TnG’s NFC cards</a>, thus eliminating the need to queue at station counters."Each My50 user takes about two to three minutes to renew their pass at Rapid KL counters.
