Fuel Price For Ron97 Petrol Increased By 1 Sen For October 7 to October 12
The fuel price for RON97 petrol will increase by 1 sen from October 07 to October 12.
This makes the current price for the RON97 to stay at RM 2.77 per litre.
The Ministry of Finance stated that they will maintain the ceiling prices of RON95 for RM2.05 per litre and diesel for RM2.15 per litre even though the actual prices for both products have increased over the ceiling price. This was to ensure that users will not be affected by the actual global price.
"The government will continue to monitor the impact of crude oil price fluctuations and take appropriate measures to safeguard the well-being of the people," said the Ministry of Finance.
