Malaysia Championed Awards at Mercedes-Benz Regional Service Excellence Ceremony
Hap Seng Star bagged all three top dealer awards and five out of nine top service advisor awards for Malaysia at the recent Mercedes-Benz South East Asia II’s Regional Service Excellence Award Ceremony 2021.
The top three dealer awards for Malaysia’s champion went to Hap Seng Star (Bukit Tinggi), followed by first runner up Hap Seng Star (Iskandar) and a tie for second runner up that won by Hap Seng Star (Kota Kinabalu) and Cycle & Carriage Bintang (Northern) - Alor Setar.
As for Malaysia’s top service advisor award, Francis Lo Wui Hua and Jesica Madu, both from Hap Seng Star (Kuching), Gordon Lee Jaw Shyang from Hap Seng Star (Kota Kinabalu), Sulaiman Shah Shalk Halauddin, and his colleague Tee Yi Tong from Hap Seng Star (Bukit Tinggi), Fadzlizan Mohd Zain from Cycle & Carriage Bintang (Glenmarie), Peh Wei Hoe Cycle & Carriage Bintang (Bukit Tengah), Syahmi Marzukhi from Cycle & Carriage Bintang (Alor Setar) and Teoh Chun Yeap from Asbenz Motors) all went home with the award.
Meanwhile, the Most Improved Dealer Award was honoured to Cycle and Carriage Bintang Georgetown.
A total of 550 attendees from Germany and 47 dealer partners from six countries in the Mercedes-Benz South East Asia Region II attended the event both virtually and physically.

Aims to motivate retail service personnel, which requires a direct impact on customers’ ownership experience, this program has raised the bar and standards of service excellence where performance evaluations are presented on both a regional and global range.
