Continental The Tyre Connoisseurs, Rolling Into The Futuristic Dash Movement

The tyre giant, Continental has ventured into technology development as their enormous pillar-to-pillar electronic dashboard will enter production in the coming years.

Continental claimed that it’d be for a well-known car brand of whom they will not disclose, and the huge order is said to have a figure of more than a billion euros. They also claimed that the system's mass-production in a vehicle would commence in 2024.

Indeed the electronic dashboards in vehicles are getting bigger, and in particular, it can be acknowledged that, unlike others, Mercedes is at the frontline of this growth.

On that note, although meant to be unknown, through inspecting the pictures however, the massive full-stretched left to right triple screen vehicle dash looks reasonably similar but in a different setup to the ones offered in the Porsche Taycan.

All in all, the electronic dash setup by Continental is without a doubt impressive, but pitting it next to the futuristic MBUX Hyperscreen of the Mercedes EQS luxury flagship sedan might be a hard sell.
