UMW Toyota Motor Collaborates With The Raja Muda Selangor Foundation To Aid Flood Victims
Following the major flood that has severely affected some parts in Selangor, UMW Toyota Motor collaborated with the Raja Muda Selangor Foundation to aid the Sungai Lui community through a programme called ‘Back On Your Feet’ with UMW Toyota.

The initiative saw the automaker contribute RM10,000 to Sekolah Kebangsaan Sungai Lui to assist with the school’s repair process of its property partially damaged from the flood. In addition, the company also provided the affected homes in Sungai Lui with essential home appliances.
In his statement, UMW Toyota Motor president Ravindran K said that the collaboration with the Raja Muda Selangor Foundation ensures maximum effort in providing substantial support to the flood victims in Sungai Lui.

Ravindran also thanked UMW Toyota Motor staff who had volunteered with the cleaning process of homes in several affected areas in the state, with support from the Raja Muda Selangor Foundation volunteers.
On top of that, the global automaker contributed RM1,000 discount vouchers to motorists whose vehicles were damaged by the flood through its RM1,000 discount vouchers to motorists. There’s also a 25 percent discount on the total bill for customers whose vehicles were damaged by the flood.
