2022 Mercedes-Benz S 580 e – Plug-in Hybrid
Mercedes-Benz Malaysia has introduced the 2022 Mercedes-Benz S-Class 580 e Plug-in Hybrid with a price tag of RM698,744.00, inclusive of the zero percent Sales Tax valid until June 30, 2022.

The flagship model offers 3.0 litre inline-6 engine and 9G-Tronic transmission, which enables the vehicle to perform a century sprint in just 5.2 seconds. At approximately 100km, the electric motor may transmit 110 kW of power and 440 Nm or torque power.

Apart from generating 270 kw (367 hp) and 500 Nm available from the internal combustion engine, the plug-in hybrid offers an inline 6-cylinder engine with a top speed of 250km/h.

Riding on its 19-inch alloy wheels, drivers get to opt for three modes of driving system – Navigation, Assistance and Service. At front, it is equipped with LED Digital Light and High Beam Assist where it enhances the visible fascia.

Adorned in Nappa leather upholstery, the 4 seating S-Class also offers five large screens integrated with OLED technology and 12.3-inch cockpit display alongside 12.8-inch OLED portrait-oriented media display.

The latest features also include voice assistant which is available for both front and rear passengers. Among the safety aspects, the standard S-Class includes Airbags, Emergency Braking Functions, PRE-SAFE Impulse Side, and Active Lane Keeping Assist.
