Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Fifth Annual Dealer of The Year Award
Mercedes-Benz Malaysia held its fifth annual Dealer of the Year awards in honouring the most successful dealerships in delivering the Best Customer Experience last year.
The company presented seven awards - Best in Financial Services, Best in Business Excellence, Best in Customer Services, Best in Sales, Best in Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) 5 Star Rated, Most Improved Dealer, and the most coveted award - The Dealer of the Year 2021.
Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Dealer of the Year 2021 award goes to Cycle & Carriage Johor Bahru. The dealership performs excellently in every business aspect, which earned the highest overall score that night.
Best in Financial Services won by category winner Hap Seng Star Kinrara. Meanwhile, the Best in Business Excellence was taken home by Cycle & Carriage Glenmarie.
On top of that, BR Jaya achieved the category for Best in Customer Services as the winner for Best in Sales was awarded to Asbenz Motors.
The 5-star rated Best in Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) was bagged by Hap Seng Star Melaka, and the Most Improved Dealer went to Hap Seng Star Kuala Lumpur.
President and CEO of Mercedes-Benz Malaysia, Sagree Sardien, stated automotive excellence goes beyond producing the world’s most desirable vehicles.
