Mercedes-Benz Malaysia and Hap Seng Star announces new Autohaus in Setia Alam featuring exclusive luxury lifestyle boutique.
Hap Seng Group has invested a total of RM673million including the recent RM99mil investment into this new Setia Alam Autohaus project.
There are 10 locations of Autohaus placed in Kuala Lumpur, Kinrara, Balakong, Jalan Ipoh, Bukit Tinggi, Setia Alam, Melaka, and Iskandar Johor in Peninsular Malaysia.
Hap Seng Group also operate a standalone Mercedes-Benz Certified Pre-owned Centre in Kinrara and a standalone Body & Paint centre in Shah Alam.
However, for East Malaysia region, the outlets are located in Kuching and Kota Kinabalu.
Among services provided includes Express Service 2.0, pick-up and delivery, drop-and-go service booking, wheel alignment and balancing, electrical diagnosis and repairs, paint coating, glass tinting along with insurance and warranty claims.
The Hap Seng Star Setia Alam Autohaus is managed by 29 personnel and spans close to 79,000 sqft of land area with a total of seven floors. The work area has been upgraded and could afford service capacity of up to 1,500 cars a month.
Apart from that, there’s a showroom floor spans over 11,526 sqft with 16 cars on display and new facilities such as self-service cafe, kid’s playroom and a luxurious ladies powder room.
According to president and ceo of Mercedes-Benz Malaysia and Head of Region South East Asia II, Sagree Sardien commented the launch of Hap Seng Star Setia Alam Autohaus is a testament of their joint commitment to redefine a luxurious brand experience for our Malaysian customers, at every point of their journey.
