ETCM opens upgraded Nissan Rawang 3S outlet

Local custodians of the Nissan marque Edaran Tan Chong Motor (ETCM) have given its Nissan outlet in Rawang, Selangor, a significant upgrade.

According to the firm, the outlet has been elevated into a mini-3S (sales, service and spare parts) centre with increased square-footage and the adoption of Nissan’s new NRC-NEXT global retail concept too.

Initially opened and operated as a sales showroom only, the upgrades and enlargement see ETCM providing a full range of services to meet the needs of customers in Rawang and the surrounding areas.

Visitors to the showroom can now bask in its new and comforting environment that features a modern interior layout and furniture design. Other highlights include a new customer lounge with refreshments, private meeting and discussion rooms, plus a new ‘Star Car’ showroom display layout that currently features the recently launched Nissan Serena S-Hybrid prominently.

Crucially, this outlet boats a new service centre too with two service bays. Staffed by skilled technicians with an assured supply of Nissan Genuine Parts, it now offers customers with Nissan’s efficient Quick service and maintenance services.

Situated along Jalan Bandar Baru Rawang 16, the newly upgraded Nissan Rawang 3S centre sees its sales showroom operating from 8:30AM to 6PM on weekdays and from 10AM to 5PM on weekends.

As for its service centre, it operates from 8:30AM to 6PM daily except for Sundays and public holidays.
