Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Presents New Extended Limited Warranty Programme

Mercedes-Benz Services Malaysia and Mercedes-Benz Malaysia present its revised Extended Limited Warranty Programme, made available for all Mercedes-Benz users in Malaysia. Said revised programme now will include selected Mercedes models aged five to six years, with added values and more comprehensive coverage offered.

The newly-revised programme comprises two optional plans, namely the Essential and Comprehensive plans – offered either for one-year or two-year subscription with coverage amounting to RM250,000 per plan.

Components replaced under said programme will also get additional 24-month warranty from Mercedes-Benz Parts. The replaced components are eligible for free repairs or replacements at any authorised Mercedes-Benz service centres – beyond the extended warranty period.

The Essential Coverage plan covers critical components such as air-conditioning, brakes, engine, front and rear wheel drive, power windows, steering as well as suspensions and transmissions.

Further nine additional components were covered in the Comprehensive plan on top of the aforementioned key components, including all the safety components, audio systems, ECU, instrument clusters, multiple sensors and other control units and electrical components.
