First Batch of ORA GOOD CAT Has Been Delivered!

One of the most eagerly awaited new EVs to reach our local market has made its first batch of deliveries. Kudos to one of the first few customers, Ms. Liow from Subang Jaya who was thrilled to receive her new electric vehicle at home in a sizable transparent gift box.

She shared her excitement stating, “I have always wanted to own an electric car. So, when I first saw this car on GWM’s website, it’s unique cat-like design immediately caught my attention, and I just couldn’t take my eyes off it. 

As I have not owned an electric car before, I can’t wait to experience driving this EV and be the first few to drive an Ora Good Cat on the road to showcase its beauty” she added.  

Owners of the first batch who placed pre-orders before the vehicle's official debut on November 28, 2022 were bound to receive door-to-door delivery from GWM.

The stylish EV is offered in two variations namely 400 PRO and 500 ULTRA. Due to its 500-kilometre endurance, the 500 ULTRA version has proven to be more popular with the first wave of customers.

Notably, Ora Good Cat is also equipped with attractive functions such as an electric driver massage seat and an intelligent driving assist mode.

According to Managing Director of GWM Malaysia, Mike Cui shares that they aim to deliver more Ora Good Cat EVs in the coming weeks ahead of Chinese New Year where customers get to drive their brand-new car around while visiting their friends and family during the festive season. 

GWM is in the process of delivering cars to customers in time for Chinese New Year, which is just around the corner.

This marks the first significant step in GWM's mission to introduce new experience especially to Malaysian consumers.
