Stellantis - aiMotive to Speed Up the Development of Autonomous Driving

Stellantis N.V. has announced a collaboration with aiMotive, a renowned provider of cutting-edge AI and autonomous driving software. aiMotive incharge of its operational independence while conducting business as a Stellantis subsidiary.

In addition, the company's founder László Kishonti will continue to serve as CEO and run the businesses namely aiSim, aiData, and aiWare, providing technology solutions in those important fields to outside clients.

On the other hand, Stellantis will create a Board of Directors to manage aiMotive while upholding its independence and startup-style focus on rapid innovation.

Stellantis Chief Software Officer, Yves Bonnefont stresses that the merger with aiMotive will accelerate their journey to become a sustainable mobility tech company which is also part of their Dare Forward 2030 goals.
