Mercedes-Benz Regional Service Excellence Awards Presented At Four Seasons Hotel, KL
Mercedes-Benz is honouring its dealer partner network with special trophies for the third year in a row at the Regional Service Excellence Award ceremony at the Four Seasons Hotel in Kuala Lumpur.
Mercedes-Benz presented 35 awards in four categories, including Top Service Advisor Awards, General Distributor Awards, and the region's most coveted top three Super League and Champion League Awards.-full.jpg)
In Malaysia, Hap Seng Star Sdn Bhd (Bukit Tinggi) won the Champion League Award, with Hap Seng Star Sdn Bhd (Melaka) coming in first runner up and Cycle & Carriage Bintang Berhad (Johor Bahru) coming in second.
For Indonesia, PT Panji Rama Otomotif Gandaria won first place, with PT Dipo Angkasa Motor and PT Mercindo Autorama Mampang finishing second and third, respectively.
Cycle & Carriage Industries, Eunos, was named the best dealer in Singapore. These dealers received the highest overall score in the region for service excellence and customer satisfaction.
