Chinese automaker Chery stood as one of the biggest winners of late after snagging several awards around the globe.

Amongst the most recent is title of‘ Best Mid-sized Crossover Vehicle’ by Autoshow TV of Mexico, as well as the 2022 Auto Award. Besides that, the OMODA 5 also bagged the Qatar Automobile Association’s ‘Best Science and Technology SUV Award’.

These successes charted by the OMODA 5 in both Mexico and Qatar comes shortly after the model’s other recent accomplishment of achieving a full five-star rating in the Euro NCAP crash testing scheme.

According to Chery, future tech and trendy design are at the OMODA 5’s very core, thus allowing it to hold a rather strong appeal amongst young global trendsetters and their desire to be ahead of the curve.
