Leading Malaysian Mercedes-Benz dealer Cycle & Carriage (C&C) recently hosted a special Mercedes-Benz Star Experience event, taking place at its Johor Bahru autohaus. This immersive lifestyle and educational event is curated especially for Mercedes-Benz owners, involving several fun and informative activities and sessions.

Speaking during the launch, C&C General Manager and Head of Aftersales SV Balasubramanian said, “The Mercedes-Benz Star Experience held today at Cycle & Carriage Johor Bahru aims to create an exceptional experience of the finer things in life, specially curated for Mercedes-Benz owners. This immersive session is also our appreciation to our customers, whilst offering them a more comprehensive understanding of the premium services we provide for their Mercedes-Benz needs.”

The Star Experience started-off with an overview into the Three-Pointed Star marque’s future innovations, which includes the presentation of Mercedes-Benz’s electric vehicles (EVs), and the demonstration of the new Mercedes Me Connect. This new connectivity feature allows users to access and control their Mercedes vehicles remotely from the convenience of their smartphones.

Aside from that, customers also went on  a workshop tour around the Johor Bahru autohaus service centre, where they can see the cutting-edge techs and processes used in servicing and repairing Mercedes-Benz vehicles, especially the electrified models from the Mercedes-EQ range. Also featured was the demonstration of body repairs, all done by skilled technicians.

The immersive experience then continued with an in-car tour of the Mercedes-Benz EQS 450+. Customers were given the opportunity to learn further about the Mercedes Me service, aside from a slew of other tech amenities offered in this futuristic EV.

Topping off the eventful Star Experience, all customers were treated with a three-course chef-curated lunch, plus a slew of lifestyle pop-up booth activities that includes an interactive golf simulator, premium hair styling experience by Toyako Image Maker Styling, coffee brewing workshop, as well as Inside Scoop ice cream booth. Visitors were also entitled for an additional 20% discount for every purchase of Mercedes-Benz merchandise.

Mercedes-Benz fans who are looking to learn more about the Mercedes-Benz Star Experience or other services offered by Cycle & Carriage can head on over to Cycle & Carriage Johor Bahru. The Cycle & Carriage Johor Bahru autohaus is the largest and the sole Mercedes-Benz Malaysia’s (MBM) Certified Body & Paint Centre in the Southern region of Malaysia.
