New JPJ Outreach Program Targets Gov. Agencies To Improve Digitalization

The Malaysian Road Transport Department (JPJ), is committed towards ensuring all employees of any government agency are well informed and versed with regards to registration of JPJ’s digitization effort via its JPJeID and MyJPJ app.

For this, a special “outreach program” was kicked off by JPJ on Feb 28, 2023, and it’s set to last until the of 2023. This initiative also aims to extend itself towards all other government agencies throughout Malaysia. Although this program is targeted for the government employees, any members of the  public visiting any JPJ mobile kiosk would also be granted access.

The most recent agencies to have benefitted from this outreach program were the Malaysian Inland Revenue Board (LHDN) and the Putrajaya Corporation (PPJ) based in Putrajaya and Cyberjaya respectively.

Through this  JPJ outreach program, services that can be performed include Malaysian Driving License renewal (CDL/PDL), Vocational Driving License renewal (PSV/GDL), Private/Commercial Motor Vehicle License (LKM) renewal, summons payment (except for blacklist cases), and obtaining CDL and LKM documents (which are renewed online).

The upcoming JPJ Outreach Program takes place at the Ministry of Digital Communications (KKD), Putrajaya on 16 Mar 2023 from 9:00AM until 4:00PM. So if you are around the vicinity, do take this opportunity to perform any of the above listed document renewals.
