Continental Launches Total Confidence Plan Plus Hari Raya Promo
Continental Tyre Malaysia introduced a comprehensive and new extended warranty program for customers to opt in on.
Called the Total Confidence Plan (TCP), it consists of a first 12-months road hazard coverage, 1-to-1 tyre replacements, and an easy-to-use mobile app for one-stop solution and claims. The firm adds that it also has over 100 participating dealers nationwide tied to this new TCP program.
Through the Conti TCP app, it conveniently grants users access to register and file for warranty claims anytime and anywhere. Users can download the app from either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, before registering by filling in their details and uploading their official purchase invoice.
To register your tyre in the Conti TCP app, it only requires a quick scan of the barcode at the lower sidewall of the tyres before installation. Once users receive the current warranty and offer period, the application is complete.
“We are pleased to launch the upgraded version of Total Confidence Plan that offers our drivers the extra warranty coverage, and what better time than Raya celebrations when drivers hit the roads to “balik kampung” to celebrate the festivities with family,” expressed Andrea Somorova, Managing Director of Continental Tyre Malaysia, upon announcing the program through a press release issued today.
“The Continental TCP program is here to stay, and we hope that our consumers and drivers will take this opportunity to register for extra protection and peace of mind,” added the exec further Besides that, the exec also keenly highlighted the special promotion by the brand held conjunction with the launch of the Continental TCP program and the upcoming Hari Raya Aidli Fitri holiday celebrations.
From now till June 30, customers purchasing a minimum of two Continental branded tyres - like this or this - at any participating dealer nationwide, or online via Continental’s official Shopee store, will get to redeem Touch&Go e-wallet vouchers via Conti TCP app.
Reward values vary between RM20 to RM200 depending on tyre size and quantities of which purchases. Details about this special festive Hari Raya promotion, as well as details about the new TCP program, are available online through the official Continental Tyre Malaysia website.
