Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Opens New Autohaus in Langkawi

Mercedes-Benz Malaysia (MBM) sees its dealership network further expanded today as the marque opens a brand-new Autohaus in Langkawi, together with long-time dealer partner, Asbenz. This new facility features the brand's latest luxury retail standards, serving as a one-stop centre for every Mercedes owner on the island.

Built upon a vast 38,323 sq-ft plot of land, this new Autohaus comprises of showroom and amenity spaces like the Star Lounge and Mercedes-Benz lifestyle store, both awaiting to be indulged by customers who are waiting for their Merc to be serviced.

Folks who live in Langkawi can send their luxury Merc models with no worries at the new Autohaus

Speaking of servicing, this 15,696 sq-ft complex houses up to 10 fully-equipped servicing bays, which can accommodate up to 70 vehicles in a single month. All Mercedes-Benz models sent here are serviced by a team of Mercedes-Benz certified trained technicians, ensuring quality of service for all customers.

Aside from that, the new Autohaus also comes with one Mercedes-EQ AC charging station, accessible to any Mercedes-EQ and Mercedes-Benz plug-in hybrid (PHEV) owners on the island. Other than that, the Autohaus also offers additional services like Express Service 2.0, door to door service, drop-and-go, online booking, DSDPay, maintenance service and care package, unit repairs and electrical diagnosis, 24 hours roadside/emergency assistance, assistance in insurance claim processes up to approval, as well as insurance and road tax renewal.
