Audi Malaysia’s myAudiWorld Mobile App Goes Online

PHS Automotive Malaysia (PHSAM), official importer and distributor of Audi brands in Malaysia today unveiled its first-ever mobile app, cordially known as the myAudiWorld. This new app brings together a slew of extensive features tailored to Audi users’ needs, while helping to elevate their Audi ownership experience at the same time.

Through the myAudiWorld app, Audi customers can easily schedule or plan the service appointments for their Audi vehicles, receive any latest news update pertaining to Audi products, as well as locate any nearby authorised Audi Service Centres and dealerships around them. At the same time, they’re also entitled to receive any latest offers and promotions by Audi Malaysia.

For Audi e-tron EV owners, they can also locate and access nearby EV chargers from this app, while there’s also the service reminder features – an essential feature to alert Audi owners of their pending or upcoming servicing schedules. Topping off the myAudiWorld app’s features list is the emergency assistance feature, which grants them quick and easy access to the 24-hour emergency assistance with dedicated helpline – ensuring that they’ll get prompt assistance during emergency situations.
