Save Up to RM23K on New VW IQ.Drive Models with ‘Gemilang Deals’

Volkswagen fans, rejoice! Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) has announced a special ‘Gemilang Deals’ in celebration of Merdeka and Malaysia Day festivities. For a limited time, the Gemilang Deals offers customers special discounts of up to RM23,000 on all Volkswagen IQ.Drive models available in Malaysia.

Valid until Oct 31 this year, customers can get a new Volkswagen Tiguan Allspace Elegance at a discounted price of RM192,990 – RM10,000 cheaper than its original price tag of RM202,990. Meanwhile, the range-topping Tiguan Allspace R-Line variant gets a higher discount rate at RM15,000, reducing its initial price tag of RM255,990 to only RM240,990.

Moving on to other IQ.drive models, the Volkswagen Golf GTI is now priced at RM234,990 under this Gemilang Deals – a RM10,000 discount over its original price of RM244,990. Finally, the Volkswagen Arteon R-Line 4Motion gets the most discount out of all the VW IQ.Drive models. Now at RM276,990, the Arteon gets a total of RM23,000 price slash from its original price tag of RM299,990.

The upcoming Volkswagen Golf R CKD will make its first public debut at Volkswagen Tour this Sept!

Moreover, VPCM also announced that the Volkswagen Tour is back this month, taking place at the 1 Utama Shopping Centre from Sept 6 to 10. Apart from the special discounts, IQ.Drive models display and test-drive sessions, visitors to the Volkswagen Tour will also get a chance to see the soon-to-be-launched Volkswagen Golf R CKD model, which will make its first public debut at the Oval area of the new wing.

Proudly assembled in VPCM’s Pekan facility, the new Golf R will get the R Performance package as standard. This package adds a slew of sporty touches to the Golf R, which includes snazzy 19-inch Estoril wheels, aggressive rear wing, as well as special Akrapovic titanium quad-piped exhaust system. Beyond this special package, the updated Golf R also gets new ‘Drift’ and ‘Special’ driving modes that help drivers to have more fun and control in this super hot-hatch.
