In terms of design, the New Edition differs from the Classic Edition in that it has a closed front face with a new Qq logo. The front still has a trapezoidal grille, and the headlamps are still shaped as they were. The spherical taillights are still present, but the Chery logo has been replaced with the English brand name of the company on the rear.
The new variant would feature a suspended roof design and rides on 15-inch multi-spoke black wheels. The New Little Ant would also be constructed with an all-aluminium frame to reduce weight.
