This Nissan Nismo Pyjama Collection Might Help You Sleep Faster
Nissan has collaborated with premium streetwear fashion brand Daniel Patrick to release a new Nismo-inspired sleepwear collection
If you ever dream about owning a Nissan Nismo car, perhaps these pyjamas will help you sleep and dream about exotic JDMs better than before. The Japanese automaker has partnered with premium streetwear brand Daniel Patrick to release a new sleepwear line inspired by the marque’s legendary performance division, Nismo.
Cordially named the Fast Asleep collection, this sleepwear line consists of a full pyjama set and a robe, with both sets of garments being limitedly-produced to just 50 units.
Starting off with the pyjama set, both the top and bottom piece feature Nismo’s signature red and black colourways, with a light grey colour serving as the canvas. Aside from a slew of Nismo branding scattered throughout the clothes, this pyjama set also comes with double-stack red lines that are meant to mimic the iconic tail lights design of the Nissan Z coupe.
Moving on to the robe, it follows the same grey-red-black theme as we saw on the pyjama set, with contrasting red front pockets and waist belt – the latter donned with Nismo lettering at the back. Similarly, the robe’s sleeves are also donned in the same Z-inspired double-stack red lines.
In spite of its rather subtle Nismo homage, this new sleepwear collection would still make a perfect gift for Nissan fanboys and JDM enthusiasts alike, especially for those who are looking to have matching outfits with their beloved Nissan Nismo models. However, we’d argue that due to its subtlety, one would really need to have a closer look to realise this is an automotive-inspired clothing piece.
Though limited to only 50 pieces, Nissan fans only needed to spend significantly less to get this Nismo-inspired sleepwear compared to buying an actual Nissan Nismo car. Priced at $175 (RM900) for the robe and $250 (RM1,300) for the pyjama set, the Nissan Nismo x Daniel Patrick 'Fast Asleep' sleepwear collection is now available for purchase via Daniel Patrick’s official website, with worldwide shipping available at a varied rate.
