UMW Toyota Records Highest October Monthly Sales Since 2018

UMW Toyota Motor (UMWT) ended October 2023 with consistent growth, achieving monthly total sales of 10,931 units, the highest-ever monthly sales in the previous five years, with Toyota selling 10,709 units and Lexus selling 222 units.

Total year-to-date sales as of October 2023 are now at 87,422 units, up from 80,153 units in the same period last year. This represents a 9.1% increase in year-to-date sales for the first ten months of the year.

The company recently unveiled the 2023 Toyota Alphard and Vellfire which upholds Toyota's reputation as the industry leader in MPV sales while preserving the brand's signature luxury.

To demonstrate its active support for environmental conservation, UMWT participated  in the UMW Green Shoots Initiative (UGS) at the Kubang Badak Mangrove Reserve in Langkawi. The company  also started the Start Your Impossible (SYI) campaign in order to show its support for the National Cancer Society of Malaysia (NCSM). In the sporting segment, the Alphard Cup, a 54-hole competition within the Toyota Tour at the Kota Seriemas Golf & Country Club.


Under the "Celebrate the Symphony of Lights" promotion, UMW Toyota Motor introduced a variety of promotions for the month of November. Toyota customers can get up to 100% financing on certain models.
