Nissan Opens Brand-New 3S Flagship Store In PJ
Nissan customers and owners will encounter novel experiences when they visit the first-ever Nissan Flagship Store in Petaling Jaya, Selangor that has been redesigned and improved in accordance with the most recent Nissan Retail Concept (NRC-NEXT).
Makoto Uchida, President and Chief Executive Officer of Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. (NML), officiated the opening of this Flagship Store on August 10th, accompanied by directors and top executives from both NML and Edaran Tan Chong Motor (ETCM).

The upgraded Nissan 3S Flagship Store in Petaling Jaya stands out with an eye-catching façade and proudly wears the sleek new logo that reflects Nissan's latest corporate identity, thanks to an RM4 million investment.

The 43,000-square-foot Flagship Store's every feature welcomes customers to a brand-new level of comfort and convenience with its simplicity and modernity. Up to eight models are available for customers to test drive in a welcoming and comfortable setting.

Other amenities include a large and airy customer reception, high-speed internet access, designated areas for private conversations, and even a kids' room to keep the little ones safe and entertained. There are also two new vehicle delivery bays and three EV charging stations.

The new Nissan 3S Flagship Store's Service Centre has 25 general service bays with up to 100 vehicles that can be serviced daily. Additionally, there are particular rooms set aside for EV repairs and vehicles that might need extensive remedial work.

For returning Nissan customers seeking after-sales services at the Flagship Store, a Service Concierge has been installed to provide owners with prompt assistance at the entrance of the Service Centre.

“At Nissan, our long-term vision is empowering mobility and beyond, as part of Nissan Ambition 2030. We want to transform Nissan to become a sustainable brand that is truly needed by customers and society. To achieve this, we will continue to work with our dealers and partners to deliver the best and most innovative products and services, as well as providing a more integrated, tailor-made Nissan customer experience.” Makoto Uchida said.
