BMW Group Malaysia Showcases Its First Retail.Next Concept Showroom In Klang Valley

BMW Group and Auto Bavaria, Malaysia's largest authorized BMW dealership network, showcased their state-of-the-art showroom during the preview of the new locally assembled BMW X5 xDrive50e M Sport earlier today
Once open, the showroom which was built on the principles of customer-centric retail NEXT concept in the township of Balakong will be one of the biggest BMW Group showrooms in the nation.

The Auto Bavaria Balakong, spanning an expansive 240,057-square feet with a modern design language and an enchanting exterior that includes a stunning courtyard garden and outdoor terrace, is set to display the latest vehicles from BMW, including BMW and BMW i models, as well as vehicles from the MINI and BMW Premium Selection portfolios.
As visitors enter the showroom, they will be greeted by the central customer walkway. The new Customer Consultation Stages located throughout the showroom are outfitted with cutting-edge digital sales tools, and BMW Geniuses will be on the ground to provide customers with comprehensive and efficient information tailored to their specific needs.

A wide range of lifestyle-focused amenities will also be offered, such as the exquisite Grand Klasse lounge and accompanying handover bays that add BMW's model touch of exceptional luxury, a BMW Café, and lounge areas.
The new showroom's AC and DC Fast-Charging facilities for electric vehicles (EV) will also be available soon, adding to BMW Group Malaysia's extensive network of over 1,000 charging stations across Malaysia.
