New One-Stop Call Centre For Peugeot, Citroën And DS Brands
Heads up for existing Peugeot, Citroën and DS owners, Stellantis Malaysia is setting up a new call centre that begins operating March 1 onwards.
As part of its transition and upcoming establishment, the Stellantis Malaysia National Sales Company (Stellantis Malaysia) has announced a new one-stop call centre specifically for existing Peugeot, Citroën And DS vehicle owners in Malaysia.
This was announced earlier today with Stellantis Malaysia confirming that said call centre will begin operations from March 1 onwards. It will mainly act as a centralised customer support service for both sales and aftersales related inquiries and assistance, as well as address any complaints.
The announcement was accompanied by a single photo showing the local staff members who will be running this new call centre.

Existing Peugeot, Citroën and DS owners in Malaysia can reach the hotline via the details stated below.
Existing Peugeot, Citroën And DS vehicle owners can reach this call centre via its toll-free line, 1-800-18-STLA (7852). Alternatively, the centre can also be reached via its dedicated e-mail address, customersupport.my@stellantis.com.
It’s worth noting that this call centre operates Mondays through Sundays from 8:45AM to 5:45PM. Additionally, Stellantis Malaysia reiterates that it will also provide 24-hour accident and breakdown case support to customers.
It is unclear at the moment if the firm has established new service outlets or workshops to serve existing Peugeot, Citroën And DS vehicle owners in Malaysia during this transitional period. We have made enquiries to which and will update as soon as details are made available.
