Neta Malaysia Introduces New Lifetime Warranty & Loyalty Program

Neta Malaysia has introduced a new lifetime warranty and loyalty program for all its EVs.
Intro Synergy Sdn Bhd (ISSB), the official distributor of Neta cars in Malaysia, has introduced a new Lifetime Warranty Program for all its customers. Aimed to further enhance the ownership experience of Neta vehicles in Malaysia, this program provides extensive warranty coverage as well as several member-only perks for Neta owners to indulge in.

Effective immediately, this new Lifetime Warranty applies to the first 500 new customers who purchase the Neta V from April 2 until June 30. The warranty will cover all the essential EV components, including the battery, motor, and motor controller unit, as well as the integrated circuit that controls device operations and specific systems.

Aside from the extensive warranty package, ISSB also launched the Neta Loyalty Program. This program offers exclusive privileges and benefits tailored to enhance their ownership experience, which include discounted prices on selected Neta accessories worth up to RM24,300, entrants to several lucky draws, and many more.
Apart from new Neta V owners, the Neta Loyalty Program is also available for existing Neta owners in Malaysia, where they can choose to participate in the program if they choose to.

ISSB Executive Chairman Dato' SM Azli SM Nasimuddin Kamal
Commenting on the launch of these special programs, ISSB executive chairman Dato’ SM Azli SM Nasimuddin Kamal said, "We are unwaveringly proud of NETA’s production processes, ensuring reliability and excellence in every product offered to the market. Through rigorous manufacturing protocols and intense validation and testing, we wholeheartedly endorse this revolutionary warranty.”
