ETCM Updating Nissan Outlets Nationwide With New NRC-NEXT Concept
Soon, all Nissan showrooms and outlets nationwide will be face-lifted to feature the brand new NRC-NEXT retail concept.
Malaysian Nissan brand assemblers and distributors Edaran Tan Chong Motor Sdn Bhd (ETCM) recently announced that it has begun updating all Nissan showrooms nationwide starting this year. All will soon bear the brand’s new NRC-NEXT concept corporate identity.
This new corporate identity aims to improve customer satisfaction with the Nissan brand and offer a first-rate client experience. At dealership touchpoints, from trying the newest model to dropping the car off for routine maintenance, it presents Nissan's brand values.
Ahead of this announcement, ETCM has already updated three of its key showrooms prior with this new concept. Amongst them is its Petaling Jaya 3S flagship outlet, which was updated and refurbished throughout the previous two years.

One of the latest Nissan outlets opened featuring this new corporate identity is the new Nissan 3S Centre in Autoville Cyberjaya operated by dealers Evo Mobility Sdn Bhd.
Besides a showroom space, said new 3S centre in Cyberjaya also houses a service and a comfy customer area.
ETCM adds that the new NRC-NEXT concept was created to modernise Nissan dealerships and provide Nissan clients all around the world with top-notch service standards. The firm will continue to upgrade existing showrooms nationwide to meet evolving customer expectations and elevate satisfaction across all touchpoints with the Nissan brand.
"At ETCM, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. Our nationwide showroom upgrades reflect our unwavering commitment to providing customers with the best possible experience, from browsing our product offerings to purchasing the vehicles,” said Khoo Cheng Pah, ETCM’s CEO, about this upgrading exercise.

One of the newest outlets opened with this new concept recently is located in Cyberjaya, Selangor. Located in Autoville Cyberjaya, the new 3S centre saw operators Evo Mobility Sdn Bhd invest a total of RM1.5 million to build, and it now caters to potential new customers within Cyberjaya, Sepang, and Putrajaya.
Additionally, this new outlet in Cyberjaya occupies a total space of 7,300 square feet to house a five-vehicle showroom space. Next to it is a service centre with two service bays capable of accommodating up to 200 vehicles monthly.
